Westerly Renown - Details

By far the best equipped in it's class we have ever seen, this 1973 Westerly Renown, ketch-rigged yacht has a cast iron fin keel and centre cockpit with wheel steering and offers six/seven berths in three cabins all centrally heated which makes her an ideal family cruising yacht for the West Coast of Scotland and beyond.

She is in exceptional condition, has been maintained to a very high standard and has been described as 'far above average' in her last survey and has been equipped for ocean sailing.Replica Watches

She has had her previous coats of antifouling blasted off her hull and then epoxy-coated professionally in 2009 and now has Coppercoat antifouling in June 2013 that should last for around ten years.

Fitted with a new Yanmar 3YM30 engine and new matching propeller in 2005

Just about everything you would need for long distance ocean cruising is also available by negotiation.

The current owners have sailed her to the Mediterranean and extensively on the West coast of Scotland, The Irish sea, North of Scotland, Orkney.

Available as a basic package ready for a family or couple to start their dream voyages, this yacht is amazing value for money.
She even comes complete with a full web site of her history and voyages. This is easily updated making it perfect for Cruising Bloggers.
