The Evasion 34 became the most popular Evasion model in the UK. Her sloop rig gives good sailing performance and her powerful engine provides equally good performance under power.
The layout is unusual and very practicable, with 3 double berth cabins, two forward and one aft as shown in the layout plan (see pix). The raised dining area provides a further single berth in the wheelhouse.
The wheelhouse helm position gives perfect shelter and excellent visability and the cockpit helm gives the traditional feel of a sailing yacht.
The wheelhouse also houses the dinette/saloon area, galley and chart table/nav station and provides an exellent and comfortable living area.
All Skin Fittings, Propeller (with rope stripper) & Headliners (ceiling only) were replaced in 2005.
The Yanmar 3 Cylinder 35 BHP Diesel Engine - Yanmar 30QM 30(H)- has been fully serviced with a new Exhaust System & New Morse Cables installed in August 2007.
She has great potential and just needs someone able to do the work to bring her back into good condition and is priced accordingly.
