Rarely on the market, Lochin boats have a very good reputation and this Lochin 33, not used commercially by the owners, is in exceptionally good condition for its age. A beautifully built Lochin Sports Fisherman, Extended Wheelhouse edition with two powerful 220bhp Perkins T6.354.4's, liveaboard interior and excellent spacious cockpit. Restored by the current owners who lived aboard for some time, she is in good condition but with some minor works to complete. The engines (fitted new in 1992) were fully rebuilt in 2008 including new turbos and new exhaust hoses and fittings. New 24 volt alternators were fitted in 2010. The wheelhouse/saloon was completely refurbished and re-modelled with extra storage space and burr walnut veneer, leatherette deep buttoned seating, LED mood lighting and an insulated, wood panelled head lining giving a warm comfortable living space. The cockpit is large and spacious and ideal for sports fishing or entertaining back in port. She is a powerful sea boat, coping well with rough weather, giving a comfortable ride and amazingly dry cockpit whilst under way. She has a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots, or trolling all day at 6 knots giving excellent fuel economy.
