Carrick Castle Boat Club now provides FREE WiFi access for visiting boats and members.

Designed and installed by Western Horizon, it utilises low cost equipment now available to provide a fully functional system at a very affordable price, even for a small Boat Club.

Using two access points and directional antennas most of the southern part of Loch Goil is covered including the area between the Perch navigation light and the Castle. This covers some 21 members moorings, the visitors mooring and the deep water anchorage used by charter boats such as the Majestic Line's Glen Masson.
